Registration Information

Wild at Heart Horse Rescue, Inc. presents a quality exhibitor show during the Cowboy Bash Fundraiser at the Wild At Heart Horse Rescue Ranch. The show is held outdoors and will go on rain, shine, or wind. This event is a fundraiser for the Wild at Heart Horse Rescue which is a registered non-profit organization that rescues and rehabilitates horses in the Antelope Valley.

Application Information

Applications for the 2024 Exhibitor Show are due by Friday, July 12, 2024. The packet must include 1) signed disclaimer and 2) completed exhibitor application. All applications must include payment in full to Wild at Heart Horse Rescue, Inc. Payment is non-refundable once you are accepted for the show. (Payment will be returned to all applicants that are not accepted).


  • Vendors will be able to set up on the afternoon of the event beginning at 1:00 pm and must be completed by 3:30 pm. Event hours are from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
  • Under no circumstances may you tear down early or leave your booth unattended. Tear down may not begin until 7:00 pm and must be completed by 8:00 pm. Vehicles will be allowed onto the WHHR Ranch under the direction of the Vendor Coordinator.

Important Show Rules

  • No Pets Allowed
  • No Firearms of any kind, real or toy may be sold by vendors or worn by anyone.
  • No smoking permitted. Vendors may not smoke in their booths.
  • For their own safety, all children must be supervised at all times while at The WHHR Ranch.
  • Booth space is intended for the person submitting the vendor application and cannot be resold or shared without the approval from Wild at Heart Horse Rescue, Inc.
  • There are no “Free” guests permitted. If You have family or friends who wish to visit you during the event, they must each have a ticket to enter.

General Vendor Information

  • Power will NOT be available. 
  • Vendors may provide their own generators.
  • Spaces DO NOT include tables, chairs, or canopies. Vendors MUST provide their own tables, chairs and canopies with sandbags. Be prepared for wind.
  • The floor of your space is dirt.
  • NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED without a vendor parking pass and a vendor pass.
  • All vendors will be provided 1 vendor pass and 1 parking pass.
  • Security will be provided during the show, however vendors are responsible for their own property.
  • Vendors are responsible to remove all trash and belongings at the end of the event.
  • Each vendor must provide an item for our raffle contest ($10 value)
