Registration Information

Wild at Heart Horse Rescue, Inc. is having their 5th Annual Cowboy Bash Fundraiser at Big Shotz Bar & Grill. This event is a covered patio event and will go on rain, shine or wind. This event is a fundraiser for the Wild at Heart Horse Rescue which is a registered non-profit organization that rescues and rehabilitates horses.

Application Information

Applications for Cowboy Bash 2025 are due by Sunday, June 15, 2025. To apply, please submit the following:

  • 1) Signed Disclaimer
  • 2) Completed Application.

Once we review your application, you will be notified via email with the next steps and vendor payment details. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Please be aware that payment is nonrefundable once you are accepted for the event.

Timeline

  • Vendors Will be able to set up in the morning of the event beginning at 8:30 AM and must be completed by 10:30 AM. Event hours are from 11 :00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Under no circumstances, may you tear down early or leave your booth unattended. Tear down may not begin until 4:00 PM and must be completed by 5:00 PM. There will be a designated area for vendors to unload their cars.

Important Show Rules

  • No Pets Allowed
  • No Firearms of any kind, real or toy may be sold by vendors or worn by anyone.
  • No smoking permitted. Vendors may not smoke in their booths.
  • For their own safety, all children must be supervised at all times while at Big Shotz Bar & Grill.
  • Booth space is intended for the person submitting the vendor application and cannot be resold or shared without the approval from Wild at Heart Horse Rescue, Inc.
  • There are no “Free” guests permitted. If You have family or friends who wish to visit you during the event, they must each have a ticket to enter.

General Vendor Information

  • Power will NOT be available. 
  • Vendors may provide their own generators.
  • Spaces DO NOT include tables, chairs, or canopies. Vendors MUST provide their own tables, chairs and canopies with sandbags. Be prepared for wind.
  • The floor of your space is concrete.
  • NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED without a vendor pass.
  • All vendors will be provided 2 vendor pass. Any additional attendees will be required to purchase a pass.
  • Security will be provided during the show, however vendors are responsible for their own property.
  • Vendors are responsible to remove all trash and belongings at the end of the event.
  • Each vendor must provide an item for our raffle contest ($10 value)
