Also check with your spouse’s employer to find out whether they have a matching gift program. Some employers extend matching gift programs to include an employee’s spouse.
If there is a matching gift program at your company or your spouse’s company, they may offer a paper acknowledgement or applications may be processed online.

After we receive the form, we confirm that you made a donation and return the form to your company or your spouse’s company. Be sure to find out your company’s policy on time limits. There may be a time limit on how long after an employee makes a donation a matching gift can be requested.
