Titan

Update: Titan is big burly guy. While he has spent a few months on a diet, he is now at his proper weight and ready to begin his training. He can be a little unsure around people but he warms up to his handlers quickly. He turns out nicely in a group and leads well. We are working on his ground manners with the farrier and he will be starting our training program in the next few weeks.

Titan arrived to us not too long ago from Los Alamos, CA. He had been in a pasture for about 3 to 4 years which means he had not been ridden and his feet had not been maintained. Apparently, the original farrier was a little overly aggressive trimming him the first time so he was very sore.
